Lightwarriors

You are a symbol of light in the world. What is light you often ask? Light represents knowledge, compassion, creation, flow, freedom, personal power, joy, wonders, happiness. It is ultimately the emanation of the inner living soul Self within you, also the domain where channeled information comes readily- the light body, the energetic force that flows so quickly it shines. However, the light body is not so much as a physical \'body\' as you may try to visualize. It is more than you can imagine with your current understanding.

As Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Wayshowers, you already have the qualities of light active within you. As a beacon of light in the world, the purpose that you chose is to utilize your own light to steer the \'sheeples\' away from dangers within the realms of darkness and ignorance, and show them the good way towards the way of the light within them.

You stand within your present materialistic reality, a social construct founded not from the soul, but from desires that come from a physical reality, far from a spiritual construct that can sustain your inner light body. Such a materialistic reality is constructed by empty brittle shells of disillusionment and empty promises ready to break and shatter into pieces. How can anyone find meaning, joy and happiness living in such a make-belief reality? It may keep the physical body rich and alive but causes the spirit body within to suffer from a spiritual famine.

An empty and meaningless life is superficial, constructed by desires that lack the sustenance to fuel the light of the spirit and has kept many in dis-illuminating starvation.

The vision of seeking fulfillment in a materialistic world still remains desperately in the minds of many. Yet, there is a choice between the two presented. Do you still wish to sustain the empty materialistic shells in your reality? Or, do you wish to find the sustenance to nourish the living light that is within you?

As Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/Wayshowers, you have the good ability to uncover the sustenance for people who wish to brighten their dim light, for you can readily show them the Way of how you light your own light. You can lead them from a superficial emptiness back to their rich life and light body within, which is like a candle only waiting to be found and lit.

There are those who wish to keep the truth dim and light body dead, for themselves and for others. Some may not realize what they are doing but ultimately such unknowing is the true nature of who they are. The strength of people\'s light and nature within are tested for their truthfulness when they encounter such dimmers of the truth.

There IS(Inner Self) much inner discovery to be done. Those who walk the path towards their undiscovered Selves with their new found light to show the way will find out who they truly are, since they are truly AM(All Mighty).

Follow Your Bliss

Follow your bliss.
The heroic life is living the individual adventure.
There is no security
in following the call to adventure.
Nothing is exciting
if you know
what the outcome is going to be.
To refuse the call
means stagnation.
What you don’t experience positively
you will experience negatively.
You enter the forest
at the darkest point,
where there is no path.
Where there is a way or a path,
it is someone else’s path.
You are not on your own path.
If you follow someone else’s way,
you are not going to realize
your potential.
The goal of the hero trip
down to the jewel point
is to find those levels in the psyche
that open, open, open,
and finally open to the mystery
of your Self being
Buddha consciousness
or the Christ.
That’s the journey.
It is all about finding
that still point in your mind
where commitment drops away.

Superficiality And Superiority Vs. True Spirituality In Ascension

Know Thyself and Return to Soul: Way of True Ascension and Enlightenment

The very essence of a person lies in perception. How a person perceives Reality affects how he/she reacts to it. It is perception that will be gauged for the suitability of a person to ascend to a high dimension, or remain in a low dimension.

Low vibrations can only support superficial perception and understanding. It lacks the ability to carry high complex levels of information to perceive and to transmit.

People with low vibration are superficial in their perception and understanding since they are unable to handle high complex levels of information from Reality. Their levels of perception are still beneath the level needed to understand the workings of the present dimension and the ways to subdue it. They are absorbed in much negativity that comes from being trapped in restrictions that they cannot liberate themselves from.

Being spiritual is to be aware of spirit or the essence of things. Being superficial is the opposite of being spiritual, it is to perceive Reality at surface value. A superficial person is therefore dense of what goes on beneath the surface of things.

A spiritual person is able to perceive the levels of Reality thoroughly from the surface to the roots. Such a person has inner substance and wisdom, rather than being empty on the inside. A spiritual person is able to create much positivity and liberation by controlling Reality to create flow and freedom of Self.

A good understanding of the nature of the present dimension would prove that one has gained understanding and wisdom that comes from an advanced perception, and has proven ready to ascend to a higher information-processing dimension.

Aligning oneself with the higher vibrations of the Higher Self is the way to raise the level of perception.

In order to understand and gain knowledge of the nature of Reality, the soul intelligence has to accept that the various natures of Reality both good and bad, are in fact reflections of various parts of Self and the Higher Self. The time taken for the soul intelligence to gain a sufficient enlightenment of Reality and of Self depends on its willingness to 'lower' itself from its heightened Ego, and accept this 'inferiority' it shares with the nature of Reality in the current dimension it resides. The Self will always be separated from understanding the nature of Reality and its Higher Self unless it can end its own false superiority complex that separates itself from them.

It is through this acceptance of Reality-Self commonality that one can truly come to terms with false preconceived notions of Reality and the Self created by the Self, and gain the perception to realize their true nature.

By gaining the understanding and closure to give up the ignorance and desires of the highly Self-assumed ego that do not truly satisfy the spirit, the spirit would then gain the new capacity to integrate to new understanding and needs that can provide true liberation.

The way of Ascension is to be 'spiritual' in the truest sense of the word, by realizing the true spirit of Reality and the Self. Such a dual understanding will align the Self and return it to the Higher Self and its higher vibrations. Such is the Self's raising of perception and vibration in the Ascension journey.

How much is Christmas ??

It is the 3th December and I just came from the shopping and I am shocked to see how full it was.
It´s sad to see that people still believe that happiness, good will, Love or even the Christmas spirit is somewhere inside a shop with a price label on it ...
Aren´t we all tired of spending money on disposable stuff and getting gifts that don´t mean a thing and still have to smile and thank them ?
Who never felt that a hug, a kiss, or simply hearing or reading the words "I love you, I need you or I am sorry" would be much better than a pen, a sweater or a box of chocolates ?
Isn´t it time to stop and realize that this "kind" of Christmas is nothing like what the real Christmas should be about?
It was even sadder to see that the people in the shopping looked lost because their soul doesn't want to be there, worried if people are going to like the stuff they are buying, guilty to spend so much money on stupid stuff and not use it as they would like to.
We got all stuck to the idea that we have to do this, we have to buy something, after all it is family and who knows this year I get something great ... bla bla bla ...
What kind of Christmas is the next generation is going to have if we don´t change some things now ?
So here are 2 or 3 ideas that I am sure will make some Christmas very different.

Why don´t we just offer a hand made little something to hang on the Christmas tree so that we can remember each year who gave us each ornament? We are all talking about energy so can you imagine the love, good intention you are putting in the ornament ? and children will love to do this... or why don´t you spend a day in the kitchen with the kids looking for a cookies recipe that  finally works for you and offer those "great" cookies inside a little jar ... or simply just write a simple Christmas card telling a story about why is that person so important to you ... remember, children do this easy .... these are all simple ways to give away what is really important to all of us ... Love
If Christmas is all becoming about buying stuff, can you imagine how do children feel when they don´t have money to buy us stuff ?
Christmas is about being not about having ... we all know that !
So why don´t we act like it ??

Anyway Christmas is also about hopping ... so I am hoping that someday we will enjoy the real Christmas Spirit and leave the Shopping to what is really important there; food !!!
I wish you all a wonderful season filled with Love, Light and Peace

Merry Christmas to you all
Vera

Bless you all this Thanksgiving with love & gratitude.

If you have the time, I think you will all benefit from reading this inspiring letter.

Dear______:

If we feel God's love in someone's love for us, then that is right and good. I remember once in India telling the woman saint, Anandamoyi Ma, how much I and others in America loved her. Her reply was, "There is no love except God's love."

The worldly ego might take her reply as a put-down, but I understood it as a reminder that we can truly love others only to the degree that we do so consciously as instruments of God's love.

It is easy to feel love for those who are kind and good, and easier still if they love us. But the test of godly love is to be able to feel it also for those who hate us. And especially for those who are determined to destroy us. God says to us, "They are My children, too." In other words, "If you love Me, you must love them also, for they are Mine." We must love not only them, but all the tests that God sends us.

Ultimately, the only important thing you can do in life is love God. The only fact that truly matters in life is that God loves you.

It is a simple fact that the more we try to do good, the more enemies we will have--along with those who sincerely love, appreciate, and support us. But even were everyone to turn against us, the supremely important fact of God's love will never change. The tests we face, therefore, are always blessings. If nothing else, they inspire us to keep that one divine priority fixed ever before our gaze. Everything else passes. Our relationship with God is eternal. He is our own, as no one else ever will or ever can be.

The solution to our worries is love, and more--divine love, not egoic love (the ego's love is rooted in likes and dislikes). As the Bible says, "Perfect love casteth out fear."

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God." When your love for Him is effortless and completer, you will have Him.

Surrender

How many times a day does some situation pop up that leads to moments of frustration and anxiety?

Surrendering your head to your heart in those moments will lead you to balance and fulfillment.
As you listen to your spirit, peace follows.
So follow your spirit.
Build your foundation in your heart.
Love must be your innermost and spontaneous response towards every person you encounter.
Say to yourself inside, "I just love."
Use these words as a key to start the engine running in your heart and watch life brighten with new love and understanding. Surrender to your new awareness and let love unfold the purpose of creation to you.

Text by Alex Bell

The Heart

Just as the Sun is our source of external light and warmth, the Heart is our source of internal light and warmth: Awareness and Love. The light of awareness radiates out from the center of our heart, energizing every cell of our body and illuminating our mind as it does so. When we center our awareness back at its very source, we experience peace, clarity and the inner warmth that we call Love.
When we notice ourselves looking for security and comfort in thoughts and intellectual understandings, it is a clear indication that our heart is contracted - our awareness has become disconnected from its source, separated from our body and isolated in our mind. While we are completely involved in the contents of our thoughts, we cannot be conscious of the peace, freedom and deep sense of aliveness that emanates from our heart.

Over the years, our awareness gets squeezed out of our heart as it physically contracts more and more, in response to our deep fear of feeling vulnerable and sensitive in what feels like a false and insensitive world. This contraction is why we experience inner pain, darkness, coldness and a loss of vitality. It is like a mighty river trying to flow through a small hole. We can only feel fully alive when our heart is relaxed, open and expansive.

What is the cause of suffering ?
The experience of suffering is the result of an inner conflict between the ultimate desires of the Heart and of the dysfunctional mind: The heart's desire for us to expand, to fully attune ourselves to its subtle communication and to experience inner freedom (or 'joy'), and the dysfunctional mind's desire for us to contract, to doubt all communication from the Heart and to experience the illusion of mental security, which we call 'knowledge'.

Experiencing mental security and experiencing inner freedom are mutually exclusive - each one excludes the other. By deriving our sense of security from the acquisition of 'knowledge', money and possessions we sacrifice the simple yet profound experience of peace that comes from being connected with our own heart, and by strengthening the connection with our heart we end our hungry pursuit of all that can be acquired and we experience greater freedom.

Our compulsion to continually interpret the fluid experience of life into two-dimensional 'knowledge' for the dysfunctional mind to hold on to is born from a deep fear; the fear of the pain that life will inflict upon us if we fully relax our heart and completely re-integrate ourselves with our highly sensitive intuitive nature. Our fear of fully feeling - and the contraction this causes in our entire being - is what keeps us isolated in thought and prevents us from resting in the inner realm of the Heart, which is our true home.

How can we be free of suffering ?
Only our inner fire can bring light and warmth to the cold darkness created by the dysfunctional mind.

By becoming more aware of our innocent desire to experience peace by setting free whatever is being held within, and then seeing all the thoughts, doubts and clever arguments presented to us by the extremely sophisticated yet fearful mind, we learn to discriminate between what is real and what is illusory.

The actual reality of this earth exists separately from the realm of intellectual thought, and is a reality in which we have full freedom to envision, create and enjoy the actualization of our heart's desire. The conceptual 'understandings' of this reality - given to us by a thought-addicted mind - are like endless landscapes of cloud that dominate the sky and absorb the light from the sun, draining the colour and warmth from the land below.

From the outside, these clouds give the illusion of either a soft and inviting lanscape, a dark and threatening one, or somewhere in between, but in reality clouds - like thoughts - are completely insubstantial in essence and incapable of harming us - or supporting us - in any real sense. And no matter how beautiful they look from the outside, when we investigate inside the view is always the same and our perspective always becomes limited.

Up in the clouds is actually an extremely cold, empty and alien place to be, although it can appear to be the opposite when we see them magnificently illuminated from high above or from down below.

So, like clouds that block the sun but never offer any rain, idle thoughts serve us no purpose at all - other than to help us avoid the experience of our real self. In contrast, creative thoughts - like clouds bringing rain to a thirsty lanscape - physically motivate us into action, which leads directly to growth on the earthly level and to a continually expanding experience of our true self.

Creative thought is an essential aspect of our natural human functioning. A healthy mind will act as a servant to the Heart, interpreting the Heart's desire into information, ideas and visions which can then be acted upon, thus giving shape and form to what originates from the formless and weaving the two worlds together.

But i feel only sadness in my heart.
What is the way out of this ?
Sadness is what we experience when we become aware of the pain in our heart, and it is good because it means our heart is successfully communicating with us.

As the Heart releases its pain, we experience sadness, and then we usually start looking for ways to stop feeling it, thus preventing the Heart from fully releasing its burden.

Trying to run away from sadness is impossible and exhausting, and the only way to be free of it is to allow it to be there for as long as it is needed. By doing so we are allowing the Heart to heal itself in the most natural way possible.

I just feel angry with all this talk about
the Heart.
The more anger we are feeling, the closer we are to freeing ourselves from the ultimate cause of our frustration and suffering. Anger is the aggressive final line of defense that lies between us encountering and releasing the contraction which is held in our heart, and the degree of anger which we are feeling reflects the degree of fear (contraction) which lies beneath.

Our heart beats with a strong, passionate desire to express whatever it feels, but we usually allow thinking to interfere with any spontaneous expression, for fear of the consequences. As soon as we begin to hold back from expression, an inner pressure begins to build up, and we experience frustration. Frustration is our passion for self-expression being restrained by reason, and in any moment it is fully within our power to release it back into passion.

What is Astrology?

What is Astrology?
Simply put, astrology is a symbolic language. The word astrology is derived from the Greek words astron meaning 'star' and logos which means 'word'. Astrology therefore, literally means the "language of the stars". Astrology is based on an ancient law known as 'AS ABOVE, SO BELOW', otherwise known as the Law of the Macrocosm and the Microcosm. The Macrocosm is the universe, symbolised by the sky, or the starry dome which we can see from Earth. The Microcosm is us: man or woman, the human, the individual here on Earth.

So, astrology says that the same laws that guide the universe also guide humanity. We are not separate from the universe - we are a part of it. Its energies are our energies, and we must therefore work in the same way that it works. It is an astrological assumption that if we learn to look above for understanding, we will come to understand more about ourselves.
There are various approaches to astrology, but for now I will take a brief look at two very opposite types of astrology. One is a very mediaeval, fate-oriented approach. In this approach, everything is seen as predestined, and the underlying belief is that we have no freedom to choose and direct our own lives. Astrologers who practise this approach, and there are many, see humans as puppets manipulated by cosmic forces outside their control. This is the type of astrologer who is into predicting specific events, telling you what is going to happen when, and advising you the best thing to do with your life.

The other approach is a more modern, choice-centred one, and this is the approach that I use. This type of astrology is sometimes called humanistic astrology. Here, the belief is that there is a creative force within each of us which seeks to be expressed. In this world view, we are seen as co-creators in our own destiny. It is not free will versus destiny, but free will and destiny. The birth chart is viewed as a tool which can help us to better know ourselves, to identify our personality traits, both 'positive' and 'challenging', and ultimately to choose to transform our conflicts into harmony. Using this approach, we can to some degree at least, choose to be free from that which limits us. In this view, character is destiny, which means that when we change our character, we change our destiny.

Humanistic astrologers believe that the purpose of the birth chart is to use it as a tool for self knowledge so that we can learn to increasingly identify and express our highest potential. We need to work with the problem areas identified by the chart until they are transcended. This means that we do not accept our problems as fate, but we use our awareness of them to overcome them and to learn from them. The idea is that the more aware we are of ourselves and our purpose in life, and the more we are consciously in tune with the energies which govern our planet, the more our destiny is in our own hands. A Humanistic astrology focusses on awakening our realization of our gifts, our purpose and our creative potential.

Some humanistic astrologers also believe in the concept of karma and reincarnation. The philosophy of reincarnation says that we all possess a spiritual essence or soul which continues on after death, and incarnates in different physical bodies in different lives. The purpose is to learn different lessons through experience, and to gradually walk the path towards perfection or wholeness. The philosophy of karma says that we are responsible for our own actions. We sow what we reap, or for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. You make your bed and you lie in it. All of these sayings are describing this ancient doctrine of karma. It is, however, not at all necessary to believe in karma or reincarnation. The same concept can be explained through biological inheritance or genetic predisposition.

Nothing is by chance

"Nothing is by chance.  There is a perfect pattern and plan running through the whole life, and you're part of that wholeness and therefore part of that perfect pattern & plan.  When you see strange things happening in your life and wonder why they should happen to you, take time to see how it all fits in, and you will see a reason for everything.  The reason may not be always what you expected, but nevertheless be willing to accept them and to learn by them, and do not fight against them.  Life should be effortless.  A flower does not struggle to unfold in the rays of the sun, so why should you struggle to unfold in the rays of My limitless love? If you do, it's your own doing, and it is not part of My perfect pattern and plan your.  Simplicity is My hallmark, so keep life simple.  Keep in constant contact with me and watch yourself unfold in My love."

Be yourself !!

quotes or sayings Pictures, Images and Photos

Self-observation brings man to the realization of the necessity of self-change. And in observing himself a man notices that self-observation itself brings about certain changes in his inner processes. He begins to understand that self-observation is an instrument of self-change, a means of awakening.
G.I. Gurdjief

S u r r e n d e r

To surrender to life "as is" can miraculously transform situations. It is in this surrender that we are able to receive. The Universe gives us the tools to fulfill our destinies when we let things be.
When is the right time to surrender? In what situations? Every day, every moment, and every situation is an opportunity for surrender. We surrender to a force bigger than we are when we are born and again when we die. Between life and death we get lost because we forget to surrender.
If something should be changed and you have the power to change it, go ahead. But learn to recognize the situations that cannot be changed. They are the times when we feel as if we are bailing against the tide, when we struggle and are afraid. These are the times when we must accept and surrender, or our struggle consumes us.
If you don't feel at peace, it's time to surrender.
If life doesn't flow, it's time to surrender.
If you want to change what cannot be changed, it's time to surrender.
Letting things be instead of constantly struggling to make them happen is a wonderful gift we give to ourselves. If we look back on life, we will see that some of our best moments and greatest opportunities did not come out of struggle. They seem like lucky coincidences, as if they occurred because we were in the right place at the right time. That is how surrender works, and this is how life works: subtly.

Lao Tzu Quote Pictures, Images and Photos

The Awakening

A time comes in your life when you finally get it… When in the midst of all your fears and insanity you stop dead in your tracks and somewhere, the voice inside your head cries out - ENOUGH! Enough fighting and crying, or struggling to hold on. And, like a child quieting down after a blind tantrum, your sobs begin to subside, you shudder once or twice, you blink back your tears and through a mantle of wet lashes, you begin to look at the world through new eyes.
This is your awakening…
You realize that it’s time to stop hoping and waiting for something to change, or for happiness, safety and security to come galloping over the next horizon. You come to terms with the fact that he is not Prince Charming and you are not Cinderella and that in the real world, there aren’t always fairy tale endings (or beginnings for that matter) and that any guarantee of “happily ever after” must begin with you and in the process, a sense of serenity is born of acceptance.
You awaken to the fact that you are not perfect and that not everyone will always love, appreciate or approve of who or what you are… and that’s OK. (They are entitled to their own views and opinions.) And you learn the importance of loving and championing yourself and in the process; a sense of newfound confidence is born of self-approval.
You stop complaining and blaming other people for the things they did to you (or didn’t do for you) and you learn that the only thing you can really count on is the unexpected. You learn that people don’t always say what they mean or mean what they say, and that not everyone will always be there for you and that it’s not always about you. So, you learn to stand on your own and to take care of yourself and in the process, a sense of safety & security is born of self-reliance.
You stop judging and pointing fingers and you begin to accept people as they are and to overlook their shortcomings and human frailties and in the process, a sense of peace & contentment is born of forgiveness.
You realize that much of the way you view yourself and the world around you, is a result of all the messages and opinions that have been ingrained into your psyche. You begin to sift through all the junk you’ve been fed about how you should behave, how you should look and how much you should weigh, what you should wear and where you should shop and what you should drive, how and where you should live and what you should do for a living, who you should marry and what you should expect of a marriage, the importance of having and raising children or what you owe your parents. You learn to open up to new worlds and different points of view. You begin reassessing and redefining who you are and what you really stand for.
You learn the difference between wanting and needing and you begin to discard the doctrines and values you’ve outgrown, or should never have bought into to begin with and in the process, you learn to go with your instincts.
You learn that it is truly in giving that we receive and that there is power and glory in creating and contributing and you stop maneuvering through life merely as a “consumer” looking for your next fix.
You learn that principles such as honesty and integrity are not the outdated ideals of a by gone era, but the mortar that holds together the foundation upon which you must build a life.
You learn that you don’t know everything; it’s not your job to save the world and that you can’t teach a pig to sing. You learn to distinguish between guilt, responsibility, and the importance of setting boundaries and learning to say NO. You learn that the only cross to bear is the one you choose to carry and that martyrs get burned at the stake.
Then you learn about love, romantic love and familial love, how to love, how much to give in love, when to stop giving and when to walk away. You learn not to project your needs or your feelings onto a relationship. You learn that you will not be more beautiful, more intelligent, more lovable or important because of the man on your arm or the child that bears your name.
You learn to look at relationships as they really are and not as you would have them be. You stop trying to control people, situations and outcomes.
You learn that just as people grow and change, so it is with love; and you learn that you don’t have the right to demand love on your terms, just to make you happy.
You learn that alone does not mean lonely. You look in the mirror and come to terms with the fact that you will never be a size 5 or a perfect 10 and you stop trying to compete with the image inside your head and agonizing over how you “stack up.”
You also stop working so hard at putting your feelings aside, smoothing things over and ignoring your needs. You learn that feelings of entitlement are perfectly OK and that it is your right, to want things and to ask for the things that you want and that sometimes it is necessary to make demands.
You come to the realization that you deserve to be treated with love, kindness, sensitivity, respect, and you won’t settle for less. You allow only the hands of a lover who cherishes you, to glorify you with his touch and in the process; you internalize the meaning of self-respect.
And you learn that your body really is your temple. And you begin to care for it and treat it with respect. You begin eating a balanced diet, drinking more water and taking more time to exercise. You learn that fatigue diminishes the spirit and can create doubt and fear. So you take more time to rest. Just as food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul; so you take more time to laugh and to play.
You learn that for the most part in life, you get what you believe you deserve and that much of life truly is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You learn that anything worth achieving is worth working for and that wishing for something to happen is different from working toward making it happen.
More importantly, you learn that in order to achieve success you need direction, discipline and perseverance. You also learn that no one can do it all alone and that it’s OK to risk asking for help.
You learn that the only thing you must truly fear is the great robber baron of all time; FEAR itself. You learn to step right into and through your fears, because you know that whatever happens you can handle it and to give in to fear, is to give away the right to live life on your terms.
You learn to fight for your life and not to squander it living under a cloud of impending doom. You learn that life isn’t always fair, you don’t always get what you think you deserve and that sometimes bad things happen to unsuspecting, good people. On these occasions, you learn not to personalize things. You learn that God isn’t punishing you or failing to answer your prayers; it’s just life happening.
You learn to deal with evil in its most primal state; the ego. You learn that negative feelings such as anger, envy and resentment must be understood and redirected or they will suffocate the life out of you and poison the universe that surrounds you. You learn to admit when you are wrong and to build bridges instead of walls.
You learn to be thankful and to take comfort in many of the simple things we take for granted; things that millions of people upon the earth can only dream about; a full refrigerator, clean running water, a soft warm bed, a long hot shower. Slowly, you begin to take responsibility for yourself, by yourself and you make yourself a promise to never betray yourself and to never ever settle for less than your heart’s desire. You hang a wind chime outside your window so you can listen to the wind, and you make it a point to keep smiling, to keep trusting and to stay open to every wonderful possibility.
Finally, with courage in your heart and with God by your side you take a stand, you take a deep breath and you begin to design the life you want to live as best as you can.

~~CHOOSE LOVE~~

There are really only two emotions in the Physical Universe - those being LOVE and FEAR. All other emotions are just variations on these two primary states of emotion. LOVE is the emotion associated with a ‘knowing’ that everything in the Universe is an expression of a singularity (i.e. God) and is therefore interconnected, whereas FEAR is the emotion underlying the perception (i.e. illusion) of being separate from God. The following article compares these two states of consciousness…
LOVE is an expression of the Oneness that underlies all reality associated with a deep felt knowing that everything is an expression of Source and that nothing (no-thing) can exist outside Source. By contrast, FEAR is rooted in the illusory perception of separation that pervades the Physical Universe.
LOVE expresses itself as an urge towards unity, whereas FEAR is a result of the perception of dis-unity that is part and parcel to God’s game of separation that defines the Physical Universe (i e The ‘them’ versus ‘me’ syndrome associated with the isolation currently experienced by most humans).
LOVE is rooted in a state of ‘knowing’, whereas FEAR is based entirely upon ‘beliefs’, most of which are false.
LOVE knows the difference between ‘knowing’ and ‘believing’, whereas FEAR is unaware of the difference and believes they are one and the same.
LOVE knows that existence is eternal and that ‘time’ is an illusion. FEAR believes ‘time’ is real and as such is only aware of the temporal nature of physical existence.
LOVE recognizes the perfection underlying all processes in the Universe, whereas FEAR thinks the Universe is imperfect.
LOVE knows that the Universe is in a perfect state of balance and that all the circumstances a Being finds itself in have been created entirely by that Being for the purpose of experience. As such, LOVE knows that the Universe is perfectly safe, whereas FEAR perceives potential threats all around it and believes the Universe to be unsafe.
LOVE knows that physical death is simply a change of state, that consciousness is eternal and as such survives physical death. FEAR believes death is final and that consciousness ceases upon death. LOVE welcomes physical death as an old friend because it knows existence is the never-ending evolution of consciousness and that ‘death’ is a return to a more authentic state of consciousness. Fear is terrified of death and will do almost anything to avoid it, including the killing other Beings in order to perpetrate its perception of existence.
LOVE knows that everything in the Universe is an expression of Itself and that so called ‘enemies’ are just aspects of Itself mirroring facets of its psyche (i.e. Soul) that need to be addressed and healed through the process of unconditional love and acceptance. LOVE knows that at a higher level of existence all enemies are really just loving friends acting out a role in Love’s play for the purpose of experience. By contrast, FEAR believes its enemies are truly separate Beings bent on harming it.
LOVE knows that ‘true’ love is unconditional, meaning it judges nothing (no-thing) LOVE knows that “conditional love” is by definition an oxymoron.
FEAR expresses an emotion called “conditional love” believing it to be “love”, but it is not.
LOVE is an expression of Truth whereas FEAR is the result of Illusion. FEAR could be correctly described as being “False Expectations Appearing Real”.
At its essence, SOURCE is LOVE and as such love is the only ‘real’ (authentic) energy in the Universe. All else is just illusion associated with the game of separation that defines the physical Universe.

The Ego Self

The ego is a limited belief system within our minds that we have molded and identified as being who we are. The ego survives by establishing boundaries, borders and limits on everything it sees. The defining of such boundaries, borders and limits gives it the illusion that it can tell us what is right and wrong, all in an effort to control us by instructing us on what we are and are not, how we should act and not act, and why we should judge those who challenge it; the status quo. We are taught the right and wrong way to do things, and the right and wrong way to react. Because we learn from the outside world, we believe that truth lies outside of ourselves.

Judgment and fear feed the ego, generating numerous perceived weaknesses and limitations we believe we must defend as real. The more time we spend in defense of our egos and our limitations, the more we believe that this is who we are. And because we see our egos as real and representing ourselves, we defend our egos against anyone we perceive to be as attacking them. In our minds, any view that disagrees with our belief systems attacks them.

We perceive the attacks on our egos and their illusions as real, so we become defensive. The more time we spend defending our false or ego-selves, the more we reaffirm the ego’s reality. The more we reaffirm the ego’s reality, the more willing we are to come to its defense. The more we defend the illusions of the ego-self as real, the more concepts and ideas we will encounter in the world that do not fit into our reality. We perceive different concepts and ideas as assaults to our reality. We defend our ego-selves, through the act of judgment. The exercise of judgment separates us from our fellow brothers and sisters causing stress that may be conscious or unconscious. Stress creates confusion, and a build up of confusion ultimately leads to chaos.

The more time we spend in defense of our ego-selves, the more time we exist in a state of confusion. We might give our state of confusion a hundred different names, such as annoyance, anger, stress, sadness, depression, but they all exist because of our belief in the ego's reality. They all exist within our minds and are fed and kept alive by our belief in our ego-selves.

Our tolerance for pain may be high but our acceptance of our ego-selves is not without limit. Many of us come to a point in our lives where we tell ourselves that there must be a better way, a more fulfilling way of living - that this just can't be what it's all about! These thoughts begin the process of awakening ourselves to the knowledge of who we truly are.

Humility

I believe that the first test of a truly great man is his humility.  I do not mean by humility, doubt of his own powers.  But really great men have a curious feeling that the greatness is not in them, but through them.  And they see something divine in every other man and are endlessly, foolishly, incredibly merciful.

Finalmente ...

Finalmente ...

Cansei-me de lutar contra a Vida, as pessoas, as circunstâncias.

Vamos buscar a felicidade?
